1、Wastewater discharge information
Guangdong Xinhui Meida nylon Co., Ltd. is equipped with a wastewater discharge outlet, and the discharge mode is continuous discharge. The wastewater discharge shall comply with the discharge standard of water pollutants for textile dyeing and finishing industry (gb4287-2012). The main pollutants include COD, ammonia nitrogen, BOD5, suspended solids and chroma. The COD emission limit is 69.94 T / A and the ammonia nitrogen emission limit is 7.36 T / A.

2、Emission information
Guangdong Xinhui Meida nylon Co., Ltd. is equipped with two exhaust outlets, and the emission mode is continuous. The exhaust gas emission shall comply with the emission standard of air pollutants for boilers (DB44 / 765-2010). The main pollutants include sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide and particulate matter. The emission limits of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides are 380300 tons / year and 23.63 tons / year respectively.

二、Construction and operation of pollution control facilities
The company has a set of wastewater treatment facilities with a treatment capacity of 3600 tons / day. The wastewater is treated by biochemical treatment (activated sludge method) and chemical flocculation secondary treatment. The production wastewater produced by the existing project every day is discharged after being treated by the wastewater station. The waste water treatment station is managed by special personnel with operation records. The laboratory analyzes and checks the completion of various indicators of sewage treatment every day. From January to December of 2019, 398400 tons of sewage were treated. The supervision and inspection of environmental protection department showed that the operation effect of wastewater treatment station was good and the quality of discharged wastewater was stable and up to standard.
The company has 4 natural gas heat carrier boilers and 6 natural gas boilers. The waste gas emission from January to December in 2019 is 138755500 cubic meters. The qualified third-party testing shows that the operation effect of waste gas treatment facilities is good, and the exhaust gas meets the standard requirements.
