2018年8月8日上午，南充市人社局首届“工匠杯”百万产业工人“五百亿战略性新兴产业”职工劳动技能大赛南充美华赛区隆重开幕。南充市高坪区人社局党组成员、高坪区就业局局长王体乾、区就业局就业促进股股长蔡晓彬莅临大赛现场指导。王体乾指出各级政府对南充技能人才培养高度重视，将通过岗位练兵、技术比武等活动的开展，培养造就一批“南充制造和南充创造”技艺精湛的高技能人才，促进我区产业工人整体技能水平稳步提升。
