2021年6月开始，新会区举办第一届高技能人才创新大赛，以此作为新会区人才培养成果的展示平台，定位新会区人才建设的名片和亮点。为展示美达公司行业特色、生产特点、工艺技术难度、产生的效益效能以及对社会的贡献等优势，公司推荐高分子公司《切片大包装设备升级改造项目》和纤维公司《花色纱增质提效项目》参加大赛。10月底，经大赛组委会对项目报告材料、现场采集数据，场景再现等形式审查、验证，充分肯定了公司推荐项目的创新性和效益性，两个项目目前已入围大赛决赛。我们期待大赛决赛现场，两个项目团队给大赛带来更好的呈现。
