The company established a labor competition leadership group personally under the command of the vice president in charge. The competition was divided into seven types of work: electrician, maintenance worker, spinner, winder, texturizer, weaver, and inspector. More than 60 fishermen participated in the competition. After the preliminary and final competitions, grade awards and excellence awards for various types of work were awarded.
