In Midea, we can choose two development paths: administrative promotion and professional development according to personal professional interests and expertise. Since 2005, Meida has established a series of professional development, technical titles, on the basis of improving the administrative series, so as to provide more opportunities and development space for all kinds of professional and technical personnel. At present, we have launched several series of technical titles, such as R & D, engineering, quality and technical support, to provide space for the growth and development of talents in all aspects.
In order to ensure that employees can get more development space in Midea, the company also implements the succession plan for key positions, rotation of key employees and personnel allocation system, and openly recruits some posts such as sales and middle-level management, and encourages employees to display themselves, stand out and develop their working ability in various aspects through competition.
